“When I started the business in 2013, I really connected with the why behind building a great culture for my team. I used my experiences in my career thus far to create my cultural focus for AdAction.
First, my past position was no longer challenging and I was no longer able to leverage my entrepreneurial spirit. Secondly, I no longer felt recognized for my work – whether that be through financial compensation or accolades from my peers and leadership. Finally, I thought to myself, ‘why be successful at work if you can’t be the best version of yourself out of it, and do so with a true work-life balance?’
That became the foundational pillars of our culture: challenge, recognition, and balance.
That all being said, our company culture is much bigger than “me” now, and is carried on by each employee across all of our stateside and international locations, as well as our incredible culture team. Now, as the CEO, I mostly focus on creating an environment for AdAction to flourish and grow, but the AdAction family is the heart that keeps it alive.”

Our Process
How we hire
Interviewing isn’t one-sided! It’s important that AdAction is the perfect fit for you, too, and we make sure our interview process reflects that. Recruitment revolves around both who you are as a professional and as an individual, and you can feel confident that we’ll be transparent, responsive, and respectful of your time.
Phone Screening
In this 30-minute phone interview, you’ll speak with someone from our culture team to get to know you, your qualifications, and answer any questions you may have about the role. Depending on the role, we may also send over a technical assessment.
Team Video Interview(s)
Depending on the role and who you’d be working with, we’ll then schedule one or more team video interviews lasting around 1 hour. This is also a good opportunity to get a feel for the culture and why our team loves AdAction!
Final Executive Interview
