Retirement Plan
It’s never too early to start saving for retirement. At AdAction, all employees can contribute to their 401k, and we’ll match up to 6% at 100%, with no vesting period.
Healthcare Package
Health concerns can happen at any time, which is why we try to make the not-so-fun events more manageable with our extensive health care package. We offer 70% employer-paid premiums for both health and dental insurance, and 100% for vision. This not only goes for you but also your dependents.
This year we are offering some new benefits to our health care package! We’ll be dropping the wait period for new employees, which means you can have health, dental, and vision coverage right when you start working. Also, we are extending our coverage to include domestic partner dependents.
Flexible Spending Account
Anyone can opt into a health or dependent care FSA, where your pre-tax dollars help pay for out-of-pocket medical and childcare expenses. Since the money is pre-tax, you end up saving cash on important life costs.

Our team members can prioritize their own schedules, so they don’t have to worry about compromising family time or time spent in the office. Our remote flexibility also allows our team members to be there for family events and activities. It also lets our transplants travel back to hometowns across the country while saving PTO for those bucket-list vacations.

With wall-to-wall window views of the Denver skyline and the Rocky Mountains in our backyard, our headquarters location is the best of both worlds. Located directly off 6th Avenue, our office is a quick commute from downtown Denver. There’s also the option to take the light rail from Union Station to the RTD stop next to our building.
Our team takes full advantage of the perks provided by our location: after-work hiking, running, or biking on trails minutes from the office, getting a head start on ski traffic in the winter, proximity to Red Rocks for morning workouts or lunch with a view, and within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and bars.
Staff Events
Some of our team’s favorite memories are from one of our many staff events. These events are where we form relationships with people we might not work with regularly or strengthen those with our immediate team. Some staff favorites include service events in the community, welcome happy hours for new employees, lake and park days, enjoying suites at professional sporting events, and our annual all-company retreat.
The People
Ask anyone here what their favorite thing about AdAction culture is, and they will all tell you the same thing — hands down, the people. Our team consists of passionate and driven individuals from all different backgrounds. We learn from and build each other up and are always down to grab a beer after work or on the weekends. When asked to describe AdAction in one word, the majority of our staff said “family.”
